Public Comment Period: March Draft for 2016 303(d) Assessment Methodology

Closed: March 11, 2015 — April 12, 2015

The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) is pleased to announce that the March Draft for the 2016 Integrated Report (IR) is open a public comment period from March 11 – April 12, 2015. During this time we are seeking input on the

  • 2016 Draft 303(d) assessment methodology that will be used to determine the support of designated beneficial uses of surface waters of the state for the 2016 IR; and,
  • 2016 IR Credible Data Requirements for DWQ’s Call for Data (which closed December 31, 2014).

If you have any comments, please submit them to James Harris by the close of business on April 12, 2015.

  • Appendix 1: A summary of changes DWQ made after the public comment period. (This will be completed when DWQ releases the final 2016 303(d) Assessment Methodology)
