Update October 7, 2021 (Waterborne Pathogens)
The Waterborne Pathogens Warning Advisory for Bountiful Pond remains in place.
On September 21st, Davis County Health Department visited Bountiful Pond. Samples taken show E. coli levels at 161.6 MPN, which is below the UDWQ/UDOH recommended Warning Advisory threshold of 235 MPN. Routine monitoring will continue monthly.
September 3, 2021 (Waterborne Pathogens)
The Warning Advisory for Bountiful Pond remains in place.
Samples taken on August 26th show E. coli levels at 344.8 MPN, which is above the UDWQ/UDOH recommended Warning Advisory threshold of 235 MPN.

The Davis County Health Department has issued a Waterborne Pathogens Warning Advisory for Bountiful Pond.
Samples taken on July 13th show E. coli levels at 1178.4 MPN, which is above the UDWQ/UDOH recommended Warning Advisory threshold of 235 MPN.

Update July 8, 2021 (Waterborne Pathogens)
On June 28th, Davis County visited Bountiful Pond. Samples from near the inlet contained E. coli above recreational thresholds. Routine sampling will continue monthly.

The Division of Water Quality and the Utah Department of Health began monitoring for waterborne pathogens on June 1st, 2021. As UDWQ and UDOH continue to visit and monitor waterbodies, updates will be posted.
