Update July 14, 2021 (Waterborne Pathogens)

On July 12th, Tri-County Health Department visited Steinaker Reservoir. Samples from near the south beach did not contain E. coli above recreational thresholds. Routine sampling will continue monthly.

On June 21st, Tri-County Health Department visited Steinaker Reservoir. Samples from near the south beach did not contain E. coli above recreational thresholds. Routine sampling will continue monthly.

On June 8th, Tri-County Health Department visited Steinaker State Park. Samples from the South Beach did not contain E. coli above recreational thresholds. Routine sampling will continue monthly.

The Division of Water Quality and Utah Department of Health began monitoring for waterborne pathogens on June 1st, 2021. As UDWQ and UDOH continue to visit and monitor waterbodies, updates will be posted.
