Underground Storage Tank Branch: Utah Division of Environmental Response
and Remediation

The Utah State Underground Storage Tank program is a regulatory branch of the Department of Environmental Quality. Its primary goal is to protect human health and the environment from leaking underground storage tanks (USTs). Fiscal Year 2019 UST Registration and PST Fund Fees

Billing for the 2019 UST registration fees was mailed on May 15, 2018. For facilities that participate in the Petroleum Storage Tank Fund, the annual PST Fee is included in this billing. Both UST registration and PST Fund fees are due by July 1, 2018. Instructions for paying fees online are included on the invoice.
