Upper Box Creek Reservoir is located in the Fishlake National Forest on Monroe Mountain. It is a popular area with local residents for fishing and camping.
Update August 18, 2017
A bloom was reported on Upper Box Creek Reservoir on August 14, 2017. Due to the remote nature of the reservoir, samples will be collected by Utah Water Watch on August 20, 2017.
