Since 1991, the Environmental Service Delivery Plan (ESDP) has been developed annually by the Utah Department of Environmental Quality (UDEQ) in cooperation with the State’s thirteen Local Health Departments (LHD).
The purpose of the plan is to coordinate implementation of environmental programs in the state to maximize efficient use of State and local resources. The ESDP includes a summary of UDEQ–LHD partnership activities, the annual environmental work plans for each health district, and accomplishments.
The Utah code relating to the ESDP are 26A-1-106, and 26A-1-114.
