Tier 2 Submitters: Tier 2 Chemical Inventory Program

We updated the Utah Tier 2 Submission Portal in January 2018 based on feedback we had received from you over the last few years. All Tier 2 users who have not yet created an account in this new submission portal will need to create a new username and password. Please follow these two simple steps in order to create your new account and log in to the new Tier 2 portal…

Step 1:

Please visit and click “Create Account” and follow the prompts.

Step 2:

Once you have created your new user account, send a notification email to the Utah EPCRA Coordinator at with the full name and email address used to set up the new Tier 2 account. Your account will be activated within 1 – 2 business days after which you will be able to log in at
