  7. Administrative Rules.
    1. Approval from the Board to proceed with formal rulemaking and public comment on proposed rule changes to the Utah Solid and Hazardous Waste Rules R315-301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 307, 308, 310, 311, 314, 315, 316, 317, 318 and new rules R315-321 and R315-322 of the Utah Administrative Code. This rulemaking is in response to legislation passed by the Utah Legislature during the 2019 General Session (Board Action Item).  
    2. Approval from the Board to proceed with final adoption of proposed changes to UAC R313-17 and UAC R313-24 of the Radiation Control Rules (Board Action Item).
