Utah Test and Training Range is a remote military reservation operated by Hill Air Force Base as a practice bombing and gunnery range for military aircraft, propagation testing, rocket motor test firing, missile storage, and small arms and machine-gun firing ranges. The Range has a Part B Permit for on-site treatment of hazardous waste explosives and military propellants. In addition, the Range has an inactive hazardous waste landfill being addressed by a Post-Closure Permit.
