Waste Accepted

Waste tires from ore haul trucks and other large mining equipment using tires with a rim diameter of greater than 24.5 inches. The number of waste tires is a function of ore production. It is anticipated that 500-800 compliant tires per year will be disposed.

PCB’s as defined by R315-301-2(53) of the Utah Administrative Code, except PCB’s specified by R315-315-7(2)(a) and (c) of the Utah Administrative Code. Hazardous waste as defined by R315-261-3 of the Utah Administrative Code, except waste specified by R315-303-4(7)(a)(i)(B) of the Utah Administrative Code. Household waste, municipal waste, and commercial waste.
