Class V Landfill Information

On October 30, 2020, Promontory Point Resources, LLC submitted a Class V permit application to the Division. The application is linked below. Division review of the application will take a substantial amount of time before a completeness determination can be made. If the information in the application meets the standards of the applicable solid waste rules and statutory requirements, a draft permit will be prepared. A public comment period will then be provided. A notice of the public comment period will appear on the Waste Management and Radiation Control Public Notices web page.
