Week of May 11: Hearings are Not for Stratos
The Division of Air Quality public hearings this week are not for the Stratos Data Center Project. The DAQ has not received a Stratos Data Center permit application to date.
If and when the data center project is submitted for consideration, DAQ will provide a separate comment period and hearing. For those looking for additional information regarding the Stratos Data Center, please review this FAQ sheet.
Hearings are opportunities for the DAQ to hear public comments regarding a specific rulemaking, they are not an opportunity for discussion about topics that are not part of the specific rulemaking.
