The Utah Division of Air Quality provides incentives for public and private fleet owners to decrease vehicle emissions, which are the main cause of air pollution along Utah’s Wasatch Front. We have funds for fleets to get new electric vehicles (EVs) and equipment or to replace older Class 5-8 diesel vehicles and equipment with cleaner alternatives.
More details below.
Looking to upgrade your diesel fleet or try electric?
Fleet owners can be reimbursed up to 90% of costs, depending on the vehicle’s operational criteria, new vehicle/equipment fuel type, and participation in scrapping an older diesel vehicle/equipment.
