- Public Notice (61.79 KB)
It has been requested by a member of the public for an extension of the public comment period. Therefore the Director of the DWMRC has granted a 31 day extension and the last day of the public comment period will be July 31, 2017. No changes will be made to the public hearing or the public meeting. Also those members of the public who will be submitting questions for the public hearing, questions will be accepted until May 30, 2017. This is due to May 29, 2017 being Memorial Day and our office will be closed. Due to the large volume of questions submitted to the DWMRC for the public hearing, there may not be sufficient time for members of the public who did not submit questions to have their oral comments heard. The DWMRC would recommend that those comments to be submitted to the Division as a written comment or those individuals are welcome to provide their oral comments at the public meeting in Blanding on June 15, 2017. Written comments will be received until the close of business on July 31, 2017. - DRAFT Radioactive Materials License (112.28 KB)
