Register and pay through the Rural Water Association of Utah

Citizenship certification form
Required for all new applicants (one-time only requirement).
Renewal
Apply for renewal and pay a Renewal fee for each certificate renewal.

Reinstatement
Apply for Reinstatement and pay the Reinstatement fee for each certificate expired for more than 6 months but less than 18 months.

Change in status
Restricted to Unrestricted certificate
Operator must meet the Minimum Qualifications and apply for Unrestricted Status.
Direct Responsible Charge Operator (DRC)
Operator must meet Minimum Qualifications, be certified at the system’s level, and apply for DRC, subject to approval.
Reciprocity
Apply for reciprocity to request acceptance of certification from another state. If granted, pay the reciprocity fee per certificate.

Individual CEU application
For individuals. Complete all the steps and the application for credit approval.

For trainers/instructors. Complete all the steps and the application for credit approval.
